Wedding Receptions at Vestry Hall

Celebrate your special day with exclusive use of Vestry Hall — a stunning setting for both your wedding ceremony and reception. With prices starting from £5,000, our venue offers you the freedom to create a day that’s truly yours.

Your hire includes:

  • Full access to the venue from 10:00am
  • A dedicated event coordinator tosupport your planning and on-the-day logistics
  • Two SIA-licensed security guards to assist with setup and ensure a smooth event
  • 5ft Round Tables (8 per table)
  • 6ft Trestle Tables (6 guests or as serving or display tables)
  • Smart, black, conference style chairs

Please note: all entertainment must end by 11:00pm, with guests departed and the venue left clean and tidy by midnight. A refundable damage deposit of £300 will be added to your booking. This will be returned in full provided no damage has occurred and the agreed hire period has not been exceeded.  

Optional Extras

Garden Space Hire: 

Enhance your event with access to Vestry Hall’s charming garden space – a lovely addition for drinks receptions, photoshoots or simply enjoying the outdoors.  This peaceful area can be added to your booking for an additional fee and is available for use until 11.00pm.  It’s the perfect extra touch for those lookign to bring a bit of open-air charm to their special day.

The Clean-Up: 

Let the celebration continue without the stress of post-event clean-up.  For an additional £300, our professional cleaning service takes care of tidying the venue at the end of your event – allowing you to relax and enjoy every moment with your guests.  Our team will clean and restore the space, securely store any personal items or decorations, and have them ready for collection the following morning.  It’s the perfect way to end your special day, hassle-free.

Additional Services:

To help bring your vision to live, Vestry Hall offers a range of optional services that can be added to your booking. These include additional event staff to assist throughout the day, trusted catering services to suit your taste and budget, professional event support and decoration. We can also provide AV equipment for speeches, music or presentations and assist with  coordinating nearby parking for your guests.  Our team is here to ensure every detail is taken care of seamlessly.
